Care for Your Employees With Group Health Insurance

A healthy workplace is a happier workplace, and a happier workplace is a more productive one. One of the best ways to show your employees that you mean business about your company and their contributions to it is to offer them group health insurance.

If you own or run a Tennessee business and are ready to consider offering health insurance to your employees, you’ve come to the right place. Elite Insurance Solutions’s team of insurance veterans will find you a great deal on a group insurance plan so that you can feel confident that you, your employees, and their family members are well taken care of.

How Does Group Health Insurance Work?

More than 150 million Americans currently have their health insurance through an employer or a family member’s employer. Employer-sponsored health insurance is used for business owners, full-time employees, and any dependents. Employer and employees often share the cost of this kind of insurance; we traditionally find that an employer pays one-half or more of the monthly premium for its employees. This is offered as a benefit to employees and is considered the key component to many benefit packages.

Types Of Group Health Insurance

There’s no one-size-fits all group health solution. For this reason, Elite Insurance Solutions offers a range of group health insurance plans to address the needs of a variety of employers. We are able to help you customize a health benefits plan, so that you can mix and match benefit packages, offer a single plan, or offer multiple plans for your employees to choose from. We’re here to answer questions and can help you determine which plan works for your budget and your employees. These are some of the Tennessee group health insurance plans we offer:

Office Visit Copay Plans: These plans require co-pays (a flat dollar amount) for “in-network” diagnostic illness and injury doctor’s office visits. Preventative care services are covered at 100% when your employees see an in-network doctor. Prescription drug coverage is also included.

100% After Deductible Plans: This plan sets an out-of-pocket maximum, which is the most an employee will pay for a deductible each year. Once the out-of-pocket maximum is reached, this plan will pay 100% of covered medical expenses.

HSAs, HRAs, and FSAs: These three plans—Health Savings Plans (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)—can be coupled with high-deductible health plans. These plans help your employees pay for their health care services with tax-advantaged funds.

Dental and Vision Insurance: You may add dental and/or vision insurance as a complement to a health plan or as stand-alone coverage.

Elite Insurance Solutions can cover all of your business insurance needs. We provide the whole gamut of business coverage, and can help you develop a customized plan. For more information, visit our Locations & Contact page and find the Tennessee location and agent nearest you.

Testimonials

Our company has been insured with Elite Insurance Solutions since 2010, and have been solicited by other insurance agencies each year, but I have stayed with Elite for the following reasons:

-Quick response time- when I call my agent, Barhyt Henry, he always responds quickly and efficiently.
-Care- in 2011 when the huge hail storm came through our area, Barhyt called ME to see if I had any damage to equipment and to check on me. He has also been a huge advocate for our company during a recent workers comp claim, and been a wonderful mediator between us and the company.
-Maintenance- each renewal, my agent shops my insurance needs with his other companies to find me the best price and provides sound advice when needed.

Barhyt and Elite make my insurance needs their priority, and I appreciate all they do for me and my company.
